Scala Apartments

Everything was great. Perfect place if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The owners are very kind and friendly. We felt very welcome the whole time. The room was spacious and very clean with a big terrace perfect for morning yoga sessions. Breakfast was super delicious with lots of homemade choices and fresh fruit. Even though there is a very good restaurant right around the corner (Axiotissa) we highly recommend having dinner at the hotel. This is the real Greek experience. Super delicious and fresh Greek dishes made with love! We sometimes felt like staying with a Greek family. Many beautiful beaches within a couple of minutes driving.

A mosquito net would have been nice.

A beautiful family runs Scala Appartments in the idyllic scenes of Kastraki, Naxos. Our fantastic room looked out on the sea from our private quarters. The accommodation was immaculate and the grounds were beautifully kept. Eva and the family were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful with local recommendations - the perfect hosts. We added meals to our stay which were a delight. I am a coeliac and felt so looked after and the flavour of the local Greek food was truly delicious! I can't rate the cooking highly enough.

Nikos and his family were extremely nice and accommodating. They have a beautiful garden and the location was very good. It was walking distance to a wonderful restaurant, great for dinners. They answered all your questions with a great smile and were extremely helpful to make your stay a wonderful experience. We will come back to this place again. The beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. 😃

All was good. If you need to explore other parts of Naxos, you will need to rent a car.

We had a great time at Scala Ap. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Quite place, room relatively big. Breakfast was ok, with minor tweaks can be great. Overall good value for money.

Some equipment needs updating. Bathroom sink too small and the cistern was not working from time to time.

if you don’t rent a car or a scooter it’s hard to go to anywhere

The structure and the room was beautiful, the family staff was wonderful! Exceptional food with their products.
