Położenie obiektu oraz winda (przydaje się przy przyjeździe i wyjeździe).

Pani sprzątająca tylko sprzątała pokój, balkonu wcale. No i bliskość drogi głównej powoduje, że lepiej spać z zamkniętymi drzwiami balkonowymi i włączana klimatyzacją.
