"Great place to spend holidays and vacation"

The excellent location: 3 min from the beaches, a nice sea view from the balcony, Very close to the main street with amounts of restaurants, bars and supermarkets but there is quiet place at nights

Апартаменты расположены в оживленном месте туристического района Иксия. Стандартные номера уходят вглубь от дороги, в них вполне спокойно. Выход к пляжу в трех - пяти минутах ходьбы, у станции виндсерфинга - Windsurfers World. Рядом много таверн и магазинов. Лучше ходить в большой супермаркет Παππού, в нем дешевле и выбор продуктов гораздо больше, воскресенье - выходной, идти примерно 10-15 минут. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, поэтому можно и в таверны ходить, и в номере кушать. Сотирис всегда на связи по WatsApp, если возникает какой-то вопрос, он его быстро решает, молодец! Номер просторный и балкон тоже.

The property was immaculate! Lovely little balcony overlooking the sea and ice cream shop. The owner is also very accommodating and friendly! Really is in the epicentre of everything you could need - shops, ATM’s, the beach, bars and restaurants. Ixia beach is a 3 minute walk, it’s €10 a day for a sunbed. Our favourite meal was at Sirtaki - do not miss! The gyros are to die for! Lots of cats everywhere - I love them! Honestly such a little sweet spot! We hired a car and never had issues parking outside the apartment. Totally recommend!

Comfortable accommodation, easily accessible from the airport. Good value for money, with sufficient facilities. Sotiris is always helpful.

The only thing that could be improved is the surface cleaning.
