Omistaja, vuokraaja tosi epäasiallinen. Avain katkesi lukkoon ja ei ratkaissut ongelmaa. Uhkasi poliisilla ja halusi heittää meidät ulos. Olimme suunnitelleet koko majoituspaikan vuokraamista perheellemme, mutta omistajan epäasiallinen käytöksen takia jätämme väliin. Arvosana 1/10.

Byłam tylko z mężem. Zarezerwowałam pokój 3 osobowy ponieważ miał mieć z okna widok na morze. Tak było na zdjęciu. Niestety z okna ledwo co było widać morze. Trzeba było wyjść na taras żeby zobaczyć morze.

Editing my original review to put in information that serves as a response to Villa Koki's inaccurate response to my review. Please ensure that before you book this property that you fully read reviews not only on this site but also on TripAdvisor, Facebook et cetera including the older reviews because I can guarantee you that my experience in the summer of 2025 was the same as some of the comments made in reviews from 2014 to 2017. I am a very reasonable and pleasant person, have travelled the world and only had questions about things that were presented to me that were a bit different than anything I had ever heard before and I was met with condescending attitude and now pure lies in response to my initial review. The person that was messaging me here on booking.com mentioned the day after my arrival that they had heard from the owner and her grandson that I was quite pleasant in person but I'm so this is not mentioned and instead lies are created. Location is perfect and lodging is dated and sparse if not over priced but still would be worth it if the service online was not so nasty.

EDIT: I am removing my original review to post a response to the VK's, which is inaccurate. I questioned the AC because I have never been told to limit AC and I have a sensitive daughter NOT one with health conditions. A screenshot from a random website to support assertions about the need to keep temps at 24 was silly. I was never combative. I said 'wow' in response to the rude tone used with me. I asked for a refund before arrival so I could find another property and this was denied. I never turned on the AC upon arrival and I find it shameless for the property to lie about this. We walked into a room that was flooding because they had not dumped the jug of water that served as the run-off for the AC in preparation for our arrival. I waited for the repair man for two hours after a long day of travel even though we were told he would be there within an hour. I did follow up as it was after 11 pm and 1+ hour. We had a very pleasant encounter with the repairman that addressed the AC and the broken glass on my bed due to the power blowing out. No other guest complained about us. We were not in the room from morning to night and, when there, we went straight to bed. We had pleasant interactions with a few guests - moreover, they asked us if we had hand soap in our room (nope), if our safe worked (it was never fixed) and also if we had a decent saucepan to boil pasta (we also did not have one). The response to my original review claims that I sent 31 messages the day after and this is a lie. When you send a messages on booking.com through your phone, it does not go through as an email, but rather as a an instant message. I counted less than 20 messages sent which were all in response to the messages coming back from the property. I never asked for a free upgrade and was willing to pay. It was a long awaited holiday in a beautiful destination with my family and a shame to encounter such nasty customer service on the other side.
