"Lindos is our happy place so nothing changes that . We wouldn’t stay at Koki again ."

Location was amazing. Aircon & safe included .Great view from our window.

Beds not good. No change of bed linen . We were room 1 , nowhere to sit outside unless we went up very steep steps to the high level shared veranda.

"Beautiful gem in the bay of Lindos"

Villa Koki is a beautiful gem set in a stunning location. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed on the ground floor so our kitchen was in a separate room. The view from our window was breathtaking. There is also a large terrace divided into small areas so you can watch the sunrise/sunset and have a coffee or drink and it was very relaxing. The beach is just a minute away and you just need to walk through some steps. The Acropolis is 8 minutes away (uphill).The cherry on the top of the cake was the owner, Fedra, a wonderful old lady that was very cute and reminded me of my grandma and I wanted to hug her all the time!

There is a restaurant on Pallas beach that hosted wedding receptions every single night ( Lindos is very popular for British weddings) so we could hear the parties and music until late.

Villa Koki Studios was so welcoming, comfortable and in the perfect location for a wonderful holiday in Lindos. Communication before our arrival was so helpful. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view from the shared patio areas is stunning. We hope to return one day.

"Terrible experience, so many things wrong with the room. Host treated us disgustingly."

Not much

SO many issues, paid for a water view and didn't get one. Wifi wasn't reaching the room, one shower floods the entire bathroom floor. After I raised these the KICKED US OUT forcing us to pack our bags and leave. This has never happened to us and we only have great reviews everywhere we stay. They forced a refund on us after the first night with one more night to come and said get out or they will remove us themselves. We had to end our trip early and leave after dinner that night with nowhere to stay. Just disgusting behavious.

Fantastic location but would recommend earplugs. Due to the location the music from the club the other side of the hill will keep you awake. This has nothing to do with the property.

I wish I would have known about the night club music from the other side of the hill keeping me awake until 3am with all windows closed.
