Guru accommodations

There is a bench in front of the hotel. It was nice to sit on it watch people pass by on the main (pedestrian street) of the town.

Room was soaking in the sun all day. As the AC is weak in the hottest months the room is likely to be super hot. Best to book a room facing the pedestrian street. The view from my room was depressive: a big parking lot.

Location of the hotel was incredible. Even if the complicated streets, hotel can be found easily. Clean, ideal conditions. Also receptionist guy was so kind and helpful.

A bit noisy. Insulation between room was a bit weak. Not a big issue but agree with others.

Brand new. The owner seems to understand the visitors of Mykonos: the rooms come with a huge mirror and an iron. Nespresso machine, wow. I liked that rooms had little natural light; you'll get more than enough of it outdoors. The bed was huuuuge in a loft room. The owner was able to check-me in earlier.

No chair to sit down. Not quite a room to linger, just for sleeping. Some of the rooms are in two floors so if you come to party you may not want to risk yourself by walking steep stairs to get to the bathroom; book a room in one floor (in this room the bed is worse). Only one room comes with a view.

Loved the fact it's in town near everything...loved the buzz and warm holiday summer vibe

We loved the size of the room. We were a little worried when we showed up to get our key and in the hallway we could hear one of the neighbouring rooms blasting music at 11pm but actually the bedroom was entirely soundproof and you're so close the centre but one of the most peaceful streets for sure so that was great. The bed was super comfy and everything was very clean. The bed was huge and super comfy.

After a disaturous day of travelling and delayed flights I was definitely not aware (possibly my fault from lack of research) that you could not get a taxi to outside the hotel. So we had to lug our suitcases down the cobbled streets even at that time of night it was VERY sweaty and we just weren't prepared for that and then couldn't find the place which was a little stressful. It should have only taken about 5 mins to walk but took far longer with huge suitcases. We also really didn't like the layout of the room we weren't aware the bathroom and room were all open plan with no doors and steps in the middle to the bed and I'm not sure we would have booked if we knew this. There was also no blind over the window above the bed so it meant we were woken up super early by blazing sunshine which would have be more welcome if we didn't so desperately need a good night's sleep. The steps up to the front door were not ideal either, even without suitcases I felt like I was going to fall every time but this seems to be fairly typical for most places in mykonos town.
