It was very clean and very close to "everything". Would definitely recommend for young couples.

The music from the nearby bar was too loud and it kept going very late into the night. It is not something the owner can fix, but it can affect the quality of the stay and should be kept in mind when choosing this particular location.

Very convenient to everything Preveza has to offer.

Very noisy at night. Also had to have aircon all the time as it was a hot box. Was not 20m to beach as stated. Was at least 300m or 10 min walk. Was 20m to waterfront Marina not beach.

New renovated apartment, which looks great. the location is perfect to find good dinner places or bars. Would definitely recommend it! In case of questions the host is happy to help fast. thanks for the great stay!

We only stayed one night before our flight back, but we enjoyed it. Very stylish interior and enough space for our luggage. Thanks to the Owner who helped us a lot.

We had some difficulties with the handling of the air conditioning.
