We have been once again to this excellent accommodation which is impossible to fault The owner of the property is the best host we have ever had and we have travelled the world.The restaurant on site is excellent and all the staff treat you as good friends The location is central to everything and the cleanliness and comfort of these rooms is exceptional we would highly recommend if visiting this area

Great location, good size room very comfortable bed & cleanliness was superb

The shower did not drain away quick enough so it flooded the whole bathroom found that we couldn’t use the top shower head so had to use the hand held shower & keep turning it off/on to allow water to drain, Shame as it was a nice shower we did complain but nothing was done. also the maid was extremely rude on a couple of occasions

The apartments are very modern and spacious, the main owner was a really lovely man. The beds and pillows were very comfy and spacious too, I slept well whilst there and the aircon was very good too, kept us cool. The middle and top floor had some lovely views. We managed to fit 7 people in the apartment for hair and makeup on my wedding day and didn't feel overcrowded. The location is brilliant, 5 mins walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops, we were spoilt for choice. It was also far enough away to be peaceful. There is no where to sunbathe on site, but this didn't bother us as we had two places we went most days The beach, put your beach towel on the sand, or hire a sunbed 15-20 euros for 2 beds and a parasol. or Piscina pool bar, away from the beach, 10 euros minimum spend per person and you get a bed and parasol for the day, with service to your sunbed from drinks and food.

The wifi was very temperamental so I used 4g most of the time which only worked outside when I was in the basement room, I had a few zooms to do and my own 4g held up for those when we moved to the middle floor, but no luck when we were on the ground floor. Two out of three of our apartments had wifi working, so could have been a mobile phone restriction. When we arrived we were taken to the wrong apartment, the 3 bed apartment, we'd booked 3 separate apartments, then told we had a different room for the first 3 nights of our 10 night stay, we were put in the basement which felt gloomy and was a bit smelly due to it being ground floor and the sewage system abroad. On the day of moving, we were told our cases would be moved for us, but the cleaner told us (or pointed and cajoled as we don't speak greek) we needed to get out of the room now and we ended up moving suitcases ourselves to the new apartment upstairs, not that the owner would know this but it was all in the 30 mins before heading to the town hall to get legally married, made what should have been a chilled morning, pretty stressful. We did have a wedding reception at Balcony hotel a few days later, which the apartment had plenty of space for. Our kids (14, 22, 24, 25 years old) all like a lie in till between 11am-1pm, the cleaner sits at the top of the landing waiting for you to leave the room, probably cause she wants to go home I suppose, but its our holiday so I didn't want to wake kids up if they didn't want to, she kept knocking on and a few times just went in and started cleaning even though they were still in bed! We would of happily skipped the cleaning, but we struggled to communicate with each other a few times she just came in and started cleaning while they were still in bed, was very strange. Its the only reason I would think twice about staying here again. Some do not disturb or no cleaning today signs would have fixed this issue.

It was very humid inside, you could smell.it. noise from the restaurant at night. Broken shower head. Not as clean as expected. I asked for a change of room, they just said not possible, never tried to help

Very clean accomodation close to the beach - appx. 4 minute walk. Even though it was nearby to the restaurants, bars and supermarkets, it was very quite and we could sleep peacefully in the night.

Wi-fi connection was not working for last two days
