Niriedes Hotel

The hosts had great recommendations for what to do and where to eat. Anthi is a Sifnos native so she knows every inch of the island. And the breakfasts were amazing—fresh and bountiful. Anthi’s father owns the best bakery in Apollonia so we had treats from his bakery every morning. Lovely view of the harbor from our terrace. I arrived on crutches due to a fall and the hosts were super-accommodating—moving us to a room on a lower floor and adding a pad to the bed.

Our bathroom was small. Otherwise, the suite was quite comfortable.

The location at Plati Gialos was ideal as our base on Sifnos, and the beach and views from our bed and living room were fantastic. Incredible (HUGE) breakfast daily on the patio. The property was modern and stylish and the proprietors friendly and accommodating.

We loved everything. Our room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, the view is stunning and it’s very easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended!

A gem of a hotel with fabulous views from all rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Struggled to eat any lunch afterwards!!! Thanos was so welcoming and full of local information.

Thanos is an incredible host. Location is superb. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and products. Great breakfast. What a beautiful place and view. Close to big swimming beach and several restaurants.

As others have mentioned there are lots of stairs, which is challenging for some of us old folks. But it’s very much worth negotiating the stairs in order to stay here.
