What we liked most about the room was the location — it was very close to the beach, which was a big plus, even though there was no sea view and we had to walk through a very long hallway to actually reach the beach. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to store our luggage after checking out until it was time for our flight, which was very helpful.

Unfortunately, we found the facilities quite uncomfortable overall. The staircase to the second floor was very awkward and hard to use, you couldn’t even stand upright without hitting your head. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable, and the same goes for the kitchenette, which also didn’t feel very clean. The water was another issue — the shower water was salty, and we were told that all water in Santorini is like that, but that’s simply not true: we later used a public beach shower and the water was fresh and of much better quality than at the hotel. The internet was terrible — I never had a working connection in the room during our entire three-night stay. When I asked at the front desk if we could change rooms because of this, they said no, but promised to send a technician to fix the issue. That never happened, and I had to go to a beach restaurant every day just to connect to the internet, which was especially difficult since I needed it for work. We also asked for a second room key and were told only one key was allowed. On top of that, the hotel requires you to leave the key at reception every time you leave and pick it up again when you return. We also asked for beach towels, but they only provide towels for the pool — none for the beach. Overall, I would not recommend this place, and I would not return.

We had a room looking out to the pool, the balcony was a great spot which was shaded from morning and afternoon sun and great to have our morning coffee and relax. There is a hot water kettle and fridge, so we were able to have our own things for breakfast, but also the pool bar offered breakfast, snacks and a variety of drinks. The pool area was clean and lounges in the shade up through mid-day which was perfect. The staff was SUPER-friendly and helpful, very kind with all of the guests. The location was just a few minute walk from Perissa beach - PERFECT - where you can have use of sunbeds & umbrella free in exchange for consuming drinks / food at the establishments.

The cleaning staff came early in the mornings (around 10 some days), so we didn't have them service the room often (we were there for 2 weeks), but they were able to leave fresh towels and take out the trash.

Nagyon közel volt a strand, ahol rengeteg étterem található, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szállás pedig klíma nélkül is kellemes hűvös.

The property is right by the black beach. Amazing staff services. The property manager was very helpful with directions and suggestions for sightseeing on the island. There was also complimentary laundry. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit Perissa.

Bagno un po' troppo piccolo, attrezzatura molto basica della cucina, manca microonde. acqua non potabile ma sembra che in zona tutte le strutture non ne dispongono.
