The male host is without doubt the rudest person I have ever encountered and could greatly benefit from training in the most basic standards of manners and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set. The “welcome” consisted of nothing more than: “Hello, I need your passports,” immediately followed by being marched to view the swimming pool rules — one of which bizarrely requires guests to wear a swimming cap. From the very start, we were made to feel like nothing but an inconvenience. Our room’s air conditioning was not working, and when we politely asked for help, the response was nothing short of appalling. It was as though we had opened the gates of hell by daring to request a basic amenity the property itself advertises. Instead of offering any solution, we were told, with an unmistakable air of hostility, that we could simply leave if we didn’t like it. This was delivered alongside smirking and body language that could only be described as childish — the sort of behaviour you would expect from a two-year-old, not an adult in a customer-facing role. The situation escalated when the host began speaking to me in Italian in a manner clearly intended to be rude and dismissive. This was not a language barrier — it was a deliberate choice to disrespect. For anyone considering staying here, I strongly recommend reading the lower-star reviews. The responses from management speak for themselves: they show no willingness to listen, improve, or accept any form of constructive feedback. Breakfast was bare-bones, with no flexibility — you must choose the night before what you want, and there is little on offer. Overall, this was a display of the lowest possible standards of behaviour, a staggering lack of respect, and a complete misunderstanding of what hospitality should mean. We had three nights booked but left after one, losing our money for the remaining two nights — a matter now under investigation with Booking.com.

L'agriturismo est placé au milieu des vignes, des oliviers et des ifs. Le petit-déjeuner est authentique et très bon.

Prachtige Agricultura, schitterend uitzicht, fijn zwembad. Kamers nieuw en schoon. Verona, Soave, Valpolicella goed bereikbaar. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Pizza-wijnavond een aanrader!

Op de kamer zijn geen faciliteiten als koelkast, thee, koffie. Omdat het afgelegen ligt en je er niet kunt lunchen en bijna nooit kunt dineren, is dat onhandig. Er is een gratis watertap en je kunt drinken kopen. De airco maakt erg veel lawaai, oordoppen mee?

This is an oasis of peace and tranquility, run by a dedicated couple, pampering to the client’s every need. Enjoy not needing your smart phone or TV, just embrace this beautiful domain with a delightful pool, excellent facilities and delicious breakfast using locally sourced products.
