I’ve stayed here 3 times now - it’s a lovely escape from Muscat in a truly beautiful location.

Rooms/apartments are very big, location is good.

No kitchen utensils at all (not even glasses), beds uncomfortable (too hard), bad wifi, staff is not really friendly.

Nice, small, family run hotel at the corniche. A little dated, but clean, functional, well prices for the quality it delivers. Friendly staff. Good quality WiFi. Free parking for your car in front of the hotel. Wide beach just across the street from the main entrance. Overall, a rather basic room for a budget traveler, but nice and worth recommendation. Will stay there again when next time in the area :) ...

Stunning location. Exceptional value for money.

Cheap and cheerful beachfront hotel in Sur. Good for a family stay as we were given two connecting rooms as requested. The hotel is dated but the rooms are very spacious and the staff are very helpful. The view onto the beach is great. We would stay here again.

Best location in town, in front of the sea, the view from roof terrace is really incredible. Room was large and very clean with very good bedo. Price is perfect for that good quality. Staff is friendly and always ready to help you. Very good time in that hotel, hope to be back.
