The property presents itself as a well established and secure property, which was comforting to us. Each of the units are placed strategically to give you a sense of privacy and with breath taking views of the valley. We utilized the private patio with table, chairs and umbrella most evenings for either dinner (prepared using the well equipped kitchen) and/or just passing the time. The unit was lovely and A/C top notch. Host was very accommodating and availed herself and her vast local knowledge everytime. The pool was AMAZING and provided much needed refreshment. Excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

While the room were ample in size and space and had sufficient and lovely storage, we chose to live out of our suit cases for our three nights. It could be helpful if there was a luggage rack or other piece of furniture to put our suitcases on, other than the floor.

The location was good. You can quite easily travel to different towns and Cities from here. We loved how relaxing and peaceful the property was. The apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious. Had everything you needed. Valentina was very relaxed and made you feel welcome, the Alpacas were amazing too 😍

Great location for exploring the Umbrian regions and the wine route. Spacious apartment with a great terrace and beautiful grounds. We didn't use the pool but it looked great. Wonderful service, great animals: cats and alpacas. We had breakfast which was delicious and varied. We highly recommend.

Close to a busy and noisy road. In some apartments, like ours, you could hear it.

The location was perfect for us. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The view from the veranda was fantastic and the swimmingpool beautiful with lot of good sunbeds. Valentíina our host is a very kind and helpful person. We hope to return some day.

We loved everything about our stay, so glad we decided to book this place. We rented a car and getting to the property was very easy. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed and the breakfast was great! We especially loved having so many friendly cats around and the alpacas were really sweet. Valentina was lovely and so welcoming, she really makes you feel right at home and made sure to give us tips on sightseeing etc. We would love to come back.
