The staff were excellent and the property and facilities were just as advertised and exceptional.

The bed was very firm

We loved everything about this place!!!! From the look of the property, to the atmosphere, to the scenery, to the hosts. Serena & Sara were so sweet & friendly which definitely made our stay a pleasant one. Serena's husband came & helped fix the door & key issue & Sara personally made us the restaurant reservations, which was delicious!!!! We loved it!! So, yes we really enjoyed the beautiful space & they were wonderful. I wish we had had more free time to be able to enjoy the pool & book a massage but that was on us not them since we had limited time. This place had everything we needed & room 2 made us never wanna leave💗

The location was perfect for exploring Chianti area. The room was spacious for two people and the bed was comfortable. There was enough good dining options not too far away. The hostesses provided us with plenty of useful info about the area, what to see and where to eat.

property was super clean and comfortable! Serena and Sara been really welcoming. Answered really quick and nothing was missing in the stay. Peaceful, family, couple, or alone travellers is really an heaven on earth. Definitely recommend!

The room was a good size, and had everything you needed. The pool area was superb and access to a BBQ. Sara was really helpful, and all the staff we encountered were super polite and helpful. Absolute delight. The location is great, with amazing views.

I would have preferred our own outside area, as each evening you had to share space with other guests (nothing wrong with that) but we found ourselves a few times sat in a dark corner.
