Very clean and comfortable stay, especially the neighborhood with accessible laundry service and delicious food.

Staff gentile come in tutto l'Egitto. Ho avuto un problema con l'acqua calda e lo hanno risolto immediatamente. Di fianco c'è un ottimo ristorante di pesce conosciuto e apprezzato anche dai locali.

The bed is big. And the host is nice.

The pillow is too hard too sleep. The remote control of tv does not work. There is a mini fridge in the room which makes noise.

Large and comfy room, extremely clean!

Water heater was off... discovered that only a few minutes before I had to rush into the shower. The area around is not exactly touristic but for a short transfer hop it's quite fine as you're a 10 minutes taxi ride away from centre of town.

Comfortable and very clean room. Room is simple but it has all you need for a short stay. We mostly chose it because it’s near the bus station. Fair value for money

Lots of noise from the street outside during the night.

The host help arrange shuttle to meet us outside of the airport late at night. We woke up late the next morning and missed the breakfast time. We were not sure where to get something to eat The hostess made coffee and breakfast for us. They made different breakfasts everyday during the 3 days we stayed there. All very delicious! We really enjoyed our stay there! The hostess recommended the best seafood restaurant around.

It was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

There was a minor problem with the check in in the middle of the night. As the reception is in the caffe on the ground floor I was instructed to go to the 4th floor to check in after 3AM since the caffe is closed at that time. I had to wake up the owner in the middle of the night unfortunately. Shower curtain needs to be replaced as the water is splashing around the bathroom floor.
