Horizon Aeifos Suites

This place was a dream. I would absolutely come here again. The best location in all of Santorini in my opinion. The sunsets, sunrises and moon rises were out of this world. Amazing property. And beautiful.

Didnt have somewhere to cook food, but wasn’t the biggest issue for us.

The location was great and the views were spectacular. The room was cozy and had all the basics to make the stay comfortable

The view comes at a cost of having slightly difficult access via the steep and narrow steps which were hard to get luggage up and down. Was made much easier with the help of Costa.

The location was wonderful. Our room faced the caldera and we could hear the waves.

To access the hotel, you must take a steep and treacherous stairway, with insufficient handrails, down to it.

No staff The location is the side of a cliff , which means you have a very far walk with luggage to hotel and then down a very steep staircase of aprox 60 stairs So every time you come in go you will need to do this . Which is fine for younger active very healthy people We are in our 60’s and wasn’t on vacation to challenge our health and wellbeing. The great news is mngt understood and got us a transfer to another hotel

The location was perfect for the sunset and sunrises over Oia. It's close to the castle ruins (where you can watch both sunset and sunrise - or lots of other locations around - it is busy) but the apartment is not really overlooked. We had room 7 which was a good size cave style room for two people. A warm welcome from the host. Cute breakfast of your choice brought to you each morning with coffee and juices, al fresco dining. The shower is small but it was fine for us. There is a separate bedroom with small wardrobe and a separate lounge /kitchen area which you enter into from the front door. The front door over looks the hot tub and the views of the caldera are amazing.

The shower itself was small, you can't stand under it but as I said it was fine and there were Elemis toiletries for the win. Clearly there are a lot of steps but you expect that everywhere in Oia.
