We forgot our key inside the room and the owner (guy) came to give us the key without any hesitation. He was nice. Answered our questions promptly. The rooms are also clean and has good facilities.

Ok, this is not a complain but a feedback because I think they have newly started the business and genuinely think that the owner is nice and wants to improve. I will share my few experiences and comments: - The lady was not pleasant to deal with. Always seems sad or angry. I had asked to get some extra towel, it was not put in the room. When I asked for extra towels on our second day. She said "Why do you need it? Did not you have towel inside the room?" Later she realised that the towels were not exchanged and said sorry. If a guest asks for a towel, they ask it because they need it. Even if you have already put that in the room, why would you ask question, just give it to the guests. I kind of felt afraid to ask anything to her. She needs to be more friendly and cheerful. Hotel business is all about how you treat people. You should not be fighting with the staffs when guests are around (or generally not). - Only one toilet paper in the toilet. I had to ask for it every day. Keep more toilet papers, keep some extras. What if it gets finised during the night? - The breakfast was minimal. No egg or omlette or cereals as shown in the picture. If you are not giving it, atleast do not put it in the picture. The fruits were not fresh. I did not like the breakfast in general. - The room that we got (No. 7, I think) had a small glass window in the bedroom, On the other side of the window, was a stair that went to the staff area. it was the only window in the bedroom and if we opened it, the people walking would see our bed. Not sure how you can fix it but it is not so pleasant. Good luck with the business. I hope you guys improve it. The location is nice, you have nice rooms but just improve on certain things.

Que está cerca del aeropuerto es un lugar para estar solo una noche si tu vuelo llega tarde pero si necesitas estar más días no lo elegiría

Estaba descuidada la habitación y se sentía un poco sucio, pudieran mejorar eso y estaría mejor

Posizione ottima, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ci si era rotto il frigo e lo hanno sostituito nell’immediato. Hanno due piscine molto belle.

O hotel em si é incrível, café da manhã e quarto também.

O único problema foi que é um pouco longe do centro de Fira(aproximadamente 2km) então o ideal é estar de carro pois a noite é escuro para retornar ao hotel caminhando.

15 minut spacerkiem od Firy. Dla Nas to nie był problem, ale jeśli ktoś nie jest fanem chodzenia, może być to minus.
