Golden Sun was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was so nice to have especially after a hot day. We found it great having food available which we really enjoyed. The family that own the hotel were so kind and helpful. They were even kind enough to let us check in early and also gave us a ride to the ferry on our last day. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thankyou!!

"Lovely family-staff, clean, cozy, easy facilities, great view and space."

Lovely and cozy family place, very welcoming. The staff was kind — they picked us up and dropped us at the port. We lost a day in Ios due to flight issues, and to compensate they gave us a better room and great tips on what to do. Very great location, close to Chora, easy to walk or take the bus. Definitely recommend!

No problems with the property at all — it was lovely and the family-staff were wonderful. The only issue we had was with a restaurant they recommended, which is very famous on the island, but the owner was extremely rude. Of course, this had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Stunning location! The pool was amazing - the hosts were even more amazing! Upon check in they sat with us and recommended places all over the island and upon checkout they were kind enough to drive us to the port! There is a bus stop at the door for getting around and honestly you could spend all your time in the hotel and be happy with just that. The service was perfect and it is what really set this place apart for us! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

La chambre est très propre et dispose d’un petit balcon avec une super belle vue. Le personnel est au top, une famille de l’île qui vous donne plein de recommandations.

I have been to alot of places before and this was diffently the top TOP treatment that we got from a hotels staff. Alex the owner and has family were amazing in every aspect! Friendly, helping with everything, directing us on where to go. Always smiling and checking if we needed anything. And lastly they took us to the port on our last day. Perfect score!!
