The management wasn’t there to welcome the guest. I walked around the building trying to find someone but couldn’t find any staff. As I was leaving, some other guest luckily told me that there is no reception or manager. But she had seen a note on a door, and she reckoned that was my room. As it turns out, she was correct! but the manager could have sent a message to explain that or meet me? They had left the front door open for a while so it was perfect mosquito festival in the room! I got bitten to death by mosquitoes that night. when I asked for a mosquito repellent plug in, they said the didn’t provide it. I had just come from a place where I paid 25euros less per night and where it was offered with the room. The bed sheets smelled of smelly feet! They didn’t provide any cleaning products for the washing up, not even a sponge or washing up liquid! The bedside table lamps were both not working.. I told them about it, and they said they’d replace. 3 days later, still no replacement, or substitute…. On the terrace, there was no screening, so there are overlooking neighbours from the first floor from the block of flats next door, plus your neighbours in the same building, no privacy. Oh and I had requested for a 1st floor studio, 1month in advance, which they didn’t give me. The photos are misleading! they show a studio from the first floor but most of the studios on ground floor don’t have sea view. The sea view was the reason I booked here, and I didn’t get that. what a waste of money.
