MAHALONA BALI STAY

It was okey. Rooms quite small but clean and new. The location is ok - you kind of have everything you need around.

No kettle unfortunately in the room AC was switching off for some reason but I am sure that’s fixable.

Staff friendly. Hotel room comfortable and clean. Shared kitchen facilities clean and adequate. Good value. Great location. Quiet

The area is lovely and green. Also the location is good, close to rests and still quite. The stuff is welcoming.

The rooms are too small for two people. There is no proper wardrobe, just an open rack, which is very inconvenient for two guests. For the one person, I believe it's okay. The rooms feel tired and worn out. The towels feels like used hundreds of times and the bed sheets were no better. When we first arrived, the bedsheets were dirty, so we had to request a change. Even after changing, the sheets were still in poor condition. I would suggest the property to renew those. Because of these issues, we decided to move out and did not stay for the rest of the booking. We asked a refund for at least one night, but the property didnt help here.

Had an amazing stay at Mahalona Bali Stay. The staff were lovely and attentive and the room was clean and spacious. I celebrated my birthday whilst staying at the hotel and the staff bought me out a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to me which was such a treat… especially as I was away from home and family! We were originally meant to stay for 3 nights but extended for 7 as the staff were so sweet and the location was perfect for my partner and I. It was also easy to arrange for laundry whilst we were staying there, as well as a late check out on our last day. Although the pool is shared between all occupants, it feels very private as we often had the pool to ourselves. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for accomodation in Canggu!
