Julias Apartments

Het is een mooi familie appartement met ontzettend lieve mensen. Lekkere duik in het zwembad. Ouzo aan de bar. Heerlijk!

De directe omgeving is het uitgaansgebied van Zakynthos. Heel veel jeugd en daar horen wij niet meer bij. Maar met een auto bij de hand prima uitvalsbasis.

Ckean, quiet, and accessible to beach and nightlife. Also equipped kitchenette area for a heathy dining option. Didnt use it but swimming pool and bar are also available.

The property is located in a quiet area with a mountain view. Beautifully maintained garden and pool. Plenty of sun loungers. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels and bedding frequently changed. Large, very comfortable double bed. Lovely balcony for evenings. On-site poolside bar. Delicious coffee, breakfasts, and drinks. Hosts and staff are extremely kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return

I’m not one to write reviews but I feel like I need to be honest! The location and the staff were the only two things I liked about this property.

Where do I begin… 1. It was falsely advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, don’t be fooled by this! The “3rd bedroom” is the living room/kitchen. As you walk in there is literally a bed on the left hand side. 2. The bathroom is SOO small you can barely turn around in the shower, really not enough for a group to be using + all the water was salt water I don’t know if that’s normal in Zante. 3. Our first night there a pipe under the sink burst at around 3am flooding the entire apartment. None of the staff stay onsite so I was scrambling around for a number to call thankfully the one on the website worked after numerous attempts we were mopping up buckets and buckets of water for around 1hr 30 before someone arrived (fair enough it was 3am) they shut the water off and got the plumber in later in the morning to fix. We requested that we get refunded for the first night as none of us were sleeping as we were up trying to move around our belongings so it doesn’t get wet and also mopping up. It wasn’t a small leak it was a full on burst will full pressure water spraying out at a force. Julia said she would refund us and I haven’t got anything back… 4. The rooms are very simple and basic, there are wooden planks keeping the double bed up and when you turn over in bed with little force they collapse! 5. There’s a very prominent sewage smell that floods the villas at around 1am - 3am best to keep Your Windows shut during that time.
