location and lovely layout of villas are an asset and so is a big parking. but that is the only positive thing about the hotel.

the attitude of staff is very poor. the breakfasts were quite a horrible experience with nothing tasty and very poor service.

Excellent location, just at the beginning of the pedestrian walk in Oia. Very kind personal attitude Good menu for lunch and dinner, open until 20hrs, at very reasonable prices

Location. It was right at the beginning of the pedestrian strip of Oia. Staff were very friendly.

We found the mattresses uncomfortable, but could just be a personal preference.
