The apartment was very clean

I did not see any heating option to heat the room since the weather in Amman Jordan was very cold.

Swimming pool is extremely small for the size of hotel . Poor kids entertainment facilities

I am lowering My star rating as theu dnt twop I before booking thay the room will.not.be cleaned everyday. For. Me a family of 7 together half of which were kids I took a hotel appartment.so it's cleaned everyday this was not done . They informed us only 2 days during our week's stay. And we needed.to continue calling to get the appartment cleaned. That was not what i.needed.on my holiday. Even when they came.to clean it was not cleaned properly! They didn't replenish the water or the coffee. The kitchen doesn't have the stuff needed if yo7 wanted to make eggs or simple dinner.
