We stayed for only one night and booked the room at the last minute. The room was quite small and didn't have a sea view, but it was clean and cozy. The property itself has a very unique architecture and is located literally right on the beach. Guests can use the sun loungers free of charge, and there is also private parking, so parking is not an issue. The owners were very friendly and sent us all the necessary information about how to get to the hotel after we made the reservation. The property is located about 5 km from the center of Anzio, which is roughly a one-hour walk, so there are not many restaurants within walking distance. On the other hand, the beach was not crowded at all. If you have a car, this is not a problem, as you can reach the town center in about 15 minutes. The views from the property are absolutely beautiful, and we would definitely love to come back - next time for a longer stay and with a room overlooking the sea. Highly recommended!

The only drawback was the small water heater. After one person showered, the next person had to wait a bit for the hot water to recover. Breakfast was also somewhat limited in variety, but the rooms have a kitchenette, so if you're staying for a longer period, you can easily prepare your own meals.

Our stay here was absolutely magical. The sunsets were phenomenal — truly some of the most beautiful views we’ve ever seen. The entire place feels like a little piece of Santorini, with such a relaxing and dreamy atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. Everyone made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and very accommodating to anything you may need. A special thank you to Ana, who was so friendly and made our stay even more memorable with her warmth and hospitality. We also loved the little details, like having umbrellas and chairs ready for sun tanning and relaxing by the water. There’s also a restaurant nearby where you can order food and have it brought directly to you, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem, and we cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable getaway.

Great location. It was lovely to hear the sea constantly. It was a nice surprise to have Netflix in the room.

The room was quite dated. The mattress and pillows needed an upgrade. There was rust in the door frame.
