All was good, we were satisfied.

It has met our expectacion.

Great facilities with use of a pool, sauna and hot tub. Very well presented kitchen and very clean and comfy beds. Great location only a few minutes walk from Marechiaro train station near Anzio. We got the train and the bus to Anzio for lunch and the train was easier and cheaper. Local amenities are OK and walking distance with a few nice restaurants and local shops, butchers/fishmongers/supermarket etc. Market day is Wednesday and well worth a visit for fresh vegetables and Italian produce. Shared pool between two apartments, but lots of sunbeds, and private hottub and BBQ/eating area. We were lucky enough to book both apartments so shared access tot he sauna was available.

Piękny, dobrze utrzymany obiekt z prywatnym basenem w bardzo cichym otoczeniu. Można się w pełni zrelaksować i zapomnieć o codziennych problemach. Co więcej właściciele bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. Dziękujemy ❤️

Området Anzio er nedslidt og kedeligt

Great villa with everything you may need on your family holiday - all amenities, super clean, caffee with fresh pastry and a restaurant / pizzeria just around the corner, and a private swimming pool and jacuzzi - kids loved it. Nice public beach with fine sand is 5-10 min walk. Dana is the best host I ever had - super kind always helpful and responsive. The villa consists of two separate apartment each with its own set of amenities, bathroom, kitchen and own patio and jacuzzi (swimming pool is just one, shared). The units are connected but can be separated. Beach umbrellas provided. Supermarket and some shops 10 min walk. Also, there's a train station connecting to nearby towns (Anzio and Nettuno), around 7 min walk... I rarely give 10, this one is really worth it.

Can't think of anything - the part of Anzio closest to the villa is basically a suburb so not the most pittoresque one, but offers what you need. You can take train (10 min ride) to the old Anzio or Nettuno for an afternoon trip :)
