Luxurious Beach apartments

It took me a little while to send this message because of the flight back and the trains, but I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the hospitality, the apartment, the cleanliness, and the attention to every detail. Lovely place to stay.

The view from the windows is great.

1.no parking.literally none. 2.Linens were wet and not ironed. It is impossible to understand if they were washed at all 3.There were dirty walls with no paint on the corners. 4.Traces of either dander or cigarettes on the sofa. 5.It is not "luxurious"at all.It is very basic. 6.I have called them to cancel and sent cancellation request in the first 20 min.They refused and charged the whole amount. I moved instantly to Leonardo Plaza.The same money but Leonardo is really great place to stay-all clean and friendly.

The air conditioner didn't work on heat in the bedrooms was cold the whole night🥶☹️ The lobby and the elevator didn't stop smelling from marijuana drug being there with children in that situation was very not Pleasant☹️

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The rooms and kitchen were exceedingly dirty, with dust everywhere. The sheets, blankets, and pillows were very old and uncomfortable. Additionally, the windows were extremely dirty. I cannot recommend this apartment based on my experience.

The owner helped me check in early and didn't call me to check out right on time, I liked that. Also, the place is right by the beach, upper floor, beautiful view, water dispenser with soda, Apple TV, microwave, washer, dryer, etc. This apartment has it all, and it's big enough for 4 or 5 people. Parking can be managed if you don't come in the rush hour. From the inside, the place looks decent, and the panoramic view from the living room is great. Would come again in the future with friends or family.

Not clean enough. The place needs deep cleaning. There are too many spots that can be cleaned easily, some on the bed some on the handles some on the window. I also opened the upper kitchen closet and found a bag with mold and a bunch of rotten stuff inside of it (I kept it there and dropped it back instantly). Mind you, I'm not a clean freak, but the cleaning person is barely doing her/his job. I am sure I could've taken a nice refund if I took a picture of that big rotten plastic bag and sent it to booking.com, but I wanted to enjoy my time and be civil about it.
