Property Notes

A damage deposit of MYR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Close to the ferry. Easy check in / check out The apartment itself wasn't bad but the problem was the cleanliness. We were there just for one night so i didn't report anything to the owner. Because for us wouldn't have changed the situation anyway. The owner was communicating with us via WhatsApp and everything was fine. In the area you can't do to much. If you want to go to eat something you have to reach Lumut but we had the ferry from Marina Island so from that point of view it was fine. If the person who's responsible to clean the apartment would do his/ her job better, the apartment will get better note.

Cleanliness was missing. Bathroom isn't in a good shape( the water from the shower is running behind the toilet. The bedsheets were stained.

On the positive side, the best feature is the unlimited and free parking.

The prices from the booking do not tally with what I received on the invoice. The towels are smelly. The building isn't crowded. The cleanliness is rated 7/10.
