Great pricing and great location. The self check-in and out was straightforward and easy. Close to many lively streets and Sinnonhyeon station. Overall good experience and as a solo traveller I appreciated how there was a second lock on the door of my private room.

The cleanliness was my biggest concern, especially on the bed, blanket and bathroom. I would suggest bringing your own sheets, small blanket and shower slippers.

The room was not cleaned upon my arrival - I found the previous tenants hair in the shower and a full bin. It was also extremely hot inside and i could not open the window. I was even hesitant whether my sheets were changed…

The room is a bit small but has everything you need. Location is great. There is lots of restaurants around the place. Host explained everything perfectly in english so everything was easy to find and use.

The room I received didn't look at all like the pictures, but I think I was just unlucky because a lot of the other rooms seemed nicer. The ventilation in the room is very poor, and the room didn't have a window, so the air inside the room was very thick and stuffy. The bedsheets smelled like human, which made me unsure if they were cleaned after the previous guest. The wall tapestry was made of paper that was tearing and had been taped with clear tape. The room had been surface cleaned, but desperately needs a deep clean. I kept finding black hairs in the room, and dirt kept coming loose from the shower walls whenever I showered. No elevator, so it's not fun dragging heavy baggage up and down 3 floors. The bedsheets didn't fit well on the bed, kept having to fix them. I liked that the room had a flat-screen TV, microwave and fridge. I was also happy with the free ramen offer. It's situated in an excellent area. The staff were very kind and helpful, but they don't speak much English. Happy with the free washing machine and dryer. I did not consult the staff with any of the things that bothered me with my room. Overall pretty shabby place, but the amenities were nice and the area it's in is really good. Price is pretty decent given the area and that you get a private room, but don't expect to spend any other time in the room besides sleeping.
