Onar in Sarti

Very friendly staff, clean and big rooms, I think it is the first season of the Hotel, thx it was perfect

All was perfrct .

Location is ok. Parking is avalilable. A lot of things still to be improved in terms of overall good services.

All is new inside but hot water is improper and not always available (in the morning only cold water is available), this being very strange and greedy for the price payed for the night. Although the studio has electric stove, no plates are provided. The insuficient toilet paper and trash bags is of bad taste. The doors of the studios are noisy. Rest is not ensured due to the poor insolation of the doors. Owner keeps opened the doors at the entrance in the hotel, resulting in extra noise added to the closure of the doors. Check-out policy is not flexible, being reminded from the welcoming of the early check-out time at 10:00!

The Host was really friendly and helpful! We had an incident with flat tires on the car, and he immediately rushed to help in any way he could. Spent hours with us, until we got everything solved, talked to locals who could help us fix our problem, and drove us around town in the meantime. I only have praises for Dimitris and his establishment! Would 100% go back and stay in Onar apartments again. Incredible location, view and service, extremely clean rooms and facilities, convenient parking spots, i couldn't have imagined a better place to spend a few days in Sarti!
