The location, close to Sanur Harbour. Clean. The staff are very friendly and approachable.

Very basic. Need to spruce up a bit.

Very spacious living area, air con in the bed rooms, always fresh drinking water, cleaning service available every day and very friendly staff.

Can get quite warm in the living room, even with the roof fans, the whole apartment was quite dark, beds are very hard and bed sheets seemed quite used.

L'appart complet avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est vraiment top. C'est plus convivial pour nous qui voyageons à 4. L'emplacement est très bien, au calme et pas loin du front de mer et des rues animées.

Relatively clean. There is security looking after the gate at night also

Told us we can cook but stove did not have gas...

Good location, comfy beds, good ac and it was nice having 2 Sep bedrooms as travelling with adult daughter

Woman next door. Long term tenant. Very rude, even though she had yapping little dog and she talked very loudly all hours of the night. Acted as if she owned the place

Cheap and spacious place. The staff really helpful

Little bit old and the pool was kinda dirty
