Koukounari Apartments

I spent my vacation with my family at Koukounari Apartments at the end of May this year (my husband, a 4-year-old, and a 6-month-old baby). Our stay was absolutely perfect. The à la carte breakfasts were delicious, and they included juice, water, and a choice of coffee or tea every day. We opted for a room with a kitchenette, and I must say it was very well-equipped. It had a fridge, a kettle, a mini-stove, a microwave, and all the basic kitchen utensils and accessories. The pool water was clean, and so was the surrounding area. Finding a free sun lounger was never an issue, which gives this hotel a huge advantage over big resorts where you have to fight for a spot by the pool. A short 2-minute walk from the hotel is a mini-market where you can buy literally everything, even diapers and toiletries. Just a minute away, there is a fantastic, brand-new playground. Koukounari is a perfect base for exploring the island; we managed to walk a huge part of it on foot with a stroller. We also reached the hotel from the ferry in less than 10 minutes on foot. The staff is incredibly friendly—we were provided with a baby cot without any hassle. We were also able to check out very early in the morning before the reception opened with no issues at all. We will definitely be back – highly recommended by the whole family!

Lokalizacja - blisko sklep, plaża, centrum miasteczka, bardzo dobra tawerna i piekarnia. Na plus basen, leżaki, restauracja hotelowa, możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania.

Łazienka w naszym pokoju odbiegała od tych prezentowanych na zdjęciach - pokój nr 10, zdecydowanie do remontu.

Reggeli bőséges volt. Személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Elhelyezkedése a szállásnak nagyon jó.

Fürdőszoba kissé elavult. Zuhanyzó mérete nagyon pici.

Η τοποθεσία. Είναι αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο του νησιού, χωρίς όμως να είναι "μέσα στη βαβούρα"

Το κατάλυμα δεν ικανοποίησε τις προσδοκίες μου. Το υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν οκ, αλλά το μπάνιο ήταν σε "άθλια" κατάσταση. Έβγαζε την εικόνα του παρατημένου και του βρώμικου, που σιχαινόσουν να ακουμπήσεις. Μάλιστα την 1η μέρα, με το που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο βρήκαμε ψηλά στον τοίχο του μπάνιου μια τεράστια φτερωτή κατσαρίδα. Προσωπικά δεν θα ξαναπάω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

The location was good and it was quite clean

The bathroom was extremely small; not even a small child could fit comfortably in it, and the water would spill out onto the floor
