The apartment was simple, clean and modern with no unnecessary elements. Every item was functioning great, and has a professional interior design. We didn't hear any neighbors or traffic during out stay.

The coffee unfortunately ran out, and out of the tea selection, only caffeinated black teas were available. So there was no option for a non-coffeinated warm drink in the evening and also no option for a coffee in the morning. There was also no place to dry freshly washed dishes.

Location, have everything you might need

Great location(short walk to bus terminal, railway station, city Centre), modern and warm place,big window, plus excellent contact with the host and super friendly room assistant/ cleaner. Quite comfy, foldable sofabed. Flat is in the modern building that sits right next to the busy street but its window overlooks backyard so the room is super quiet. There is a key box next to the flat so one can pick up or leave keys there anytime.

It is very small studio,in winter it is ok for 1-2 nights max. One feels like an elephant in china shop when staying longer. I came for Tartu nordic skiing marathon and stayed for a week there. I needed to take off 20l backpack and puffy winter jacket outside the flat, then walk inside with skis only, then got back to bring inside backpack and eventually puffy jacket. No option to enter with all the stuff at once without breaking the mirror or getting hooked on cloth hanger 😁 And when leaving the flat in the morning the same story but in the opposite order🤣 No countertop in the kitchenette so tough to make a meal but doable. Deposit of 50 Euro that one needs to pay before checking in.

Small but cozy place, perfect for a one-person short stay. Very clean, has everything one might need. No-contact key delivery via a code-locked box, which was convenient as I wasn't sure when I'll arrive initially. Overall great experience.
