"Disappointing Stay: A Decline in Quality and Service"

only location is good

Although I had previously stayed at this hotel and even recommended it due to its exceptional customer service, I was deeply disappointed this time. Hoping for an even better experience, I booked a suite and paid the equivalent of nearly $100, which included breakfast for two. However, the stay was disappointing in every aspect. The room was in poor condition, the wardrobe was very small, the TV didn’t work, the kitchenette cabinet was broken, and the flat electric heater was malfunctioning. To make matters worse, the breakfast for two turned into a complete ordeal.
