Nice studio with nice view and location

Stairs!! Be prepared

The location was very close to the beach and the house keeping lady was very helpful.

No one replied our messages about the check-in via booking.com. There was no one at the reception when we get there and we had to call and speak to 3 people to find the right person to send a staff to proceed our check-in process. Also the rooms should be upgraded, furniture and the bathroom was old. There was also heavy smell of dumpness in the room.

The place is great, well equipped, and perfectly located. I can definitely recommend the apartments for staying. Pros: everyday cleaning, drying rack, kitchenette, proximity to the beach, close to the downtown.

Cons: not really warm "hot water" in the shower, no ramp on the stairs. However, I'll be coming next summer. Thanks, Afytos Studios.

Δεν υπήρχε χώρος υποδοχής στο συγκρότημα και πρέπει να κατέβεις στην παραλία σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο Δε υπήρχε σήμα και ίντερνετ ούτε από.wifi Δεν υπήρχαν σαφές οδηγίες για check in, πρόσβαση στο ίντερνετ Παραλία δε βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων όπως στην περιγραφή Αλλά περίπου 200 μέτρα με σκαλοπάτια η με αυτοκίνητο 1 χιλιόμετρο Δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση Περάσαμε πολύ καλά Αλλά δεν αντιστοιχεί αυτό που αναγράφεται στην περιγραφή

We had noticed the poor ratings and negative guest reviews, but did not take them too seriously because the photos showed an apartment with a balcony and sea view (not generic images of the property, but pictures of the specific apartment we booked). Based on those photographs, we believed the accommodation would suit our needs. The sea view was a must for us, and that is However, the apartment we were given bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one advertised. The most serious issue was that it absolutely did not have the sea view we had reserved and paid for. We were charged over €100 per night for an “apartment with balcony and sea view”, yet as the attached photos clearly demonstrate, there was no sea view at all. Another problem is that check-in must be completed at Hotel Afitis, located on the beach some distance away from the studios, where you are required to pay the full amount upfront. Only after payment are you directed to the studio. When we finally saw the unit—a small room with a double bed—it was immediately clear we had been misled. We contacted the hotel reception right away, but they showed no interest in resolving the issue. We were told there was no alternative room available, and that was the end of the discussion. During our stay, several guests checked out of other apartments. We repeatedly called the reception (over 10 times) to inform them that rooms had become available and requested to be moved. Each time, they simply said it was not possible and eventually stopped communicating with us altogether. The woman responsible for maintaining the studios on-site does not speak a word of English and is extremely rude. Whenever we tried to ask for assistance—for example, when there was no water—she would abruptly respond, “No English, reception!” and refuse to help. This was an awful experience. Save yourself the trouble of being deceived and do not book this apartment.

Το σέρβις δογματιου στην ουσία δεν υπάρχει,το ίδιο και ρεσεπσιον δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό…πετσέτες και σεντόνια δεν αλλάζουν.
