The Ume

Very nice little place with self serve kitchen in the middle of the rice paddies. It is a very tranquil place with a pool in the center. Best visited with a car.

The place is far from everything including a grocery store, so make sure to bring food and drinks as there is no restaurant. There is a nice (upscale actually) restaurant about 15 minutes on foot, but you must walk on the narrow roads and watch out for vehicles. Would not recommend the walk at night. A car or motorcycle would be the best way to visit. We took a cab.

Close to the beach and about 20 minutes from Nuanu & Suara Festival. Clean and chill.

The neighboring building blasted loud music at 8:30 AM.

It appeared nice and clean

It’s absolutely isolated from cafes ,restaurants and has no beach access even though it promises beachside

Good pool, nice air

There are stains on the towel, and bed sheet. I stayed 2 nights, no water for shower and informed them on the 2nd day. It could not be fixed, so they assigned me to shower in the other room. It was fine. However, on the third day when im packing to get ready for check out, they said they wanna come to check the hot water again. Come on mate, i would check out soon... Pls choose a better timing

Cemagi is a surprisingly cool location..very quiet!! Once we got our bearings walking around we found some great gems for food and drinks..the wild beach, sunset Warungs, amazing breakfast cafe..the Umi is well placed for all of this. But note it is a pretty quiet location..no proper shops within walking distance only small local shops and restaurant and cafe so bring food with you! The Umi has a shared kitchenette and fridge to use but no breakfast or coffee. Pool was lovely and roof top verandha. Overall good value for money

Wish we had known how isolated it was we would have brought some supplies..but it was ok once we walked around a bit. Linen was clean but old and stained, pillows were huge and hard.

Comfortable room.

The room especially the bathroom was infested with ants. The WiFi was also very spotty.
