Nice lady doctors. Quiet location. Great yoga hall overlooking the trees. Very nice staff. Good buffet. Good bedroom. Swimming Pool

Poor state of some ayurvedic rooms upstairs. The mix of tourists and ayurveda patients. Some therapists were young and unprofessionnal

It was clean and comfortable and the treatments where actually helpful and good for us, the location is cute for small walks in nature and the food there was really delicious:)

If you were in the main building and had a neighbour who watched tv or talking loudly, you could hear everything, no soundproofing

I couldn’t ask for more ! Everything was just as hoped. The treatments worked and the ambiance of the whole place and the superbly friendly staff made this stay one to remember !

What a gem This place is a true oasis for rest and rejuvenation. The skills and care of Dr AIswarya helped with my auto immune condition . The staff were kind ,. attentive and could not do enough . A special mention here to Thomas and Anjana on reception . I will be back

Dr. Aswathy provided invaluable insights into my health, offering thoughtful and personalized advice. A special thanks to Emmanuel, who went above and beyond by thoughtfully preparing ginger coffee for me multiple days in a row to soothe my sore throat—truly heartwarming hospitality! The food was exceptional—delicious, well-balanced, and packed with nutrition, all without sacrificing flavor. A truly delightful experience!

Wonderful Location in the Forest 🌳 but near some lovely day outs , fabulous attentive and caring staff and the food was fantastic, plus great treatments and yoga
