That the customer service lady was nice.

1. No hot water 2. Toilet seat broken and dirty 3. 1 two pin plug but there two TV that require plugs 4. No batteries in remote 5. Booked a unit for the family got separated rooms 6. Dishes not washed properly and was sticky

Location was perfect. Owner was very accomodating and staff very friendly.

Matresses not good, linen overall not good, crockery and cutlery not good, cocroaches in kitchen, bathrooms not up to standard.

I liked that it was secure and it was clean.

It’s a bit too cramped, it’s ok for a small family but not adults. Not ideal for maybe 2 couples. The location is a bit tricky as well, think the other gate should be open for the people that are staying there.

Room was clean and parking reserved as I requested

There was no breakfast saved

Wifi connection was only available at the reception. There's no connection in the rooms. The passages are dark yet there are steps. Can they make sure lights are always working.
