Good location apartment with well kitted kitchen. Washing machine is a plus. Heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch . Air con, smart tv, good water pressure shower. Not very spacious but we stayed with a dog and was big enough - more like a hotel room. The host left a guide with some favourite restaurants etc which was helpful.

The check in system needs some improvement, we found it really stressful. We weren't told what apartment we were or how to check in. We only got an automated messages to say that the info in on airbnb app (we obviously booked via booking.com) on the morning of the stay. We messaged back a multiple times but had no response from the host. We then rang his friend (contact provided by host) who were able to tell us how to check in and the apartment number. Hours later the host responded telling us a different apartment number so we were communicating with two different people and were given conflicting information. We were also told that we can drop our bags off early but whilst we were on the way we got another message to say it's actually not possible anymore because the cleaner didn't leave the keys. It was all very stressful and confusing but in the end we got there. There are a lot of features that the listing mention that aren't actually true/available. Such as free netflix (was logged off), coffee machine (didn't work), ability to leave you bag (maybe?). Some reviews mention that it's loud due to the bar downstairs but we thought the main road was the main source of noise.

The apartment had everything one could think of. Lan has really given thought about things. We were travelling with a child and even though stayed only 3 nights- made a good use of the washing machine (there was plenty of washing detergent and possibility to dry the clothes, which is a HUGE plus for us).

Shower floor is too slippery (needs a mat) and its safety would be greatly improved with grab bars installed. A small refrigerator & an ironing board would enhance its convenience.

No nets for mosquitos. Could not access local tv. Could not use wifi. Noise from the street.

The location is perfect walking distance to the city center. It is close to night life, but not overwhelmingly loud. The accommodation is clean and simple. Just what you need for exploring the city! The owner also provides great insight into the best places in Slovenia.
