Apartment looked brand new. Very comfortable, quiet with tarace. Super location for visiting both sides of island. Panoramic view of the two bays. Courteous and helpful staff!

Longer walk distance to the beautiful Lacona beach but perfect with car.

Great location with wonderful view. The hotel has a private parking near the Lacona beach, and this is a great plus even in the evening, as free local parking is scarce. Staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel provides a list of very good restaurants that give a discount to the hotel’s patrons.

This hotel is strategically perfectly located in Lacona. From this location, everything om Elba is easy reachable, so absolutely great to explore this wonderful island. Shadowed parking for your car is available at the hotel as well at the beach (which is about 2 km away). Parking only for hotel guests. The host of the hotel is super friendly and always willing to help, advice and support. Hotel rooms are great and with all the comfort you need, to include a kitchenette with a full size fridge. Airconditioning/heating is working great and from your big balcony you’ve got an absolutely great view on Lacona, the Mediterranean and Monte Christo. Perfect spot to drink your wine. In short, if you’re looking for a wonderful place to explore Elba, stop looking. This is it.

Although there’s basically nothing to complain, the only minor negative thing we experienced during the crowded weekend, was that it can be a bit noisy. Moving chairs in rooms could be heard throughout the building. The good thing: it was all quiet during the night.

Located in very good place, close to Portoferraio and beach, but quiet, calm place. Fantastic view from balcony, nice to eat breakfast or supper or just stay with glass of wine. Covered parking slots for cars are fantastic idea. Private parking next to the beach - you have always place to leave the car, it is very important in Italy! Apartment very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very helpful host.

Very small kitchen with additional (not too comfortable) bed in kitchen even more limits the space. Don't trust Google Maps to get in, just pay attention to the hotel direction signs and follow them! It is quite good marked if you can find signs.

A wonderful place and nice staff. We enjoyed the tranquility of the location and the view. And it was a nice experience to visit the beaches and the restaurants down in the village. The hotel has a spacious private parking right at the beach - a very practical solution for the guests.

There are no proper pedestrian walk-ways from the hotel to the center of the village. This is no problem if you drive. But, if you plan to walk, you will need to walk parts of the way on a road.
