AZURE C4 BEACHPOOL balcony wifi MULTIPLE UNITS

The condo is in an amazing location. The apartments are a good size for small groups and families. Their was care in designing the rooms, each having their own themes. Very close to many shops/malls, not far from the airport.

This is was not a good stay for a large family. It was stressful checking in as we were not prepared for multiple ID checks and having to surrender our passports/ID cards for their protocols that were not mentioned when making the booking. If you are coming from a long journey and are tired, be prepared to spend time checking in and sorting out paperwork. We traveled with multiple ages, including our seniors/elderly. The rooms/apartments were far from each other which caused stress for many family members. The rooms/apartments had nice themes, however the cleanness ranged. Some being clean and gorgeous, others on closer examination were awful, finding even cockroaches. We did not like how difficult it was to book/check in with this place, especially after a long journey. There was no warning/mention of their protocols and procedures, when booking. At least it was not highlighted, nor was their a summary of what they expected from us as guests. Please be prepared to pay for your vehicles overnight. As there are parking fees. There are other fees if you are not careful, for example, excessive electricity usage. Overall, the stay was stressful from beginning to end. Which is a shame as it is a highly rated condo and location. Their checking in process left us feeling bitter.

The rooms very old.. the kitchen dirty , the bed mattress very old n dirty.. aircon not cold n noisy... toilet dirty n no holders for clothes.. the shower head very old n water not flowing out very strong... Rooms no mirror..balcony chair dmg n hall chair fabric dirty . How come resident have to pay for using the pool.

Its near to Shopping Mall

Almost everything: 1. You need to pay P250 per head for the pool entrance 2. No available AC for dining and Living area 3. Bad smell of the hallway 4. Bed frame is so noisy 5. Untidy room and poor design 6. Cheap furnitures 7. Limited power outlet 8. Receptionist is not helping us to find solution to our concerns 9. You need to pay Php380 for overnight parking fee1, we stayed for 2 nights and cost us 760 10. Visitors are not allowed 11. Misleading information of the ads
