The room was dirty and upon arrival I noticed that the door lock was not covered and the toilet flush tank was not attached to the wall and I could not use it. Unfortunately, at night after the check-in was done, which was done very slowly by a rude employee and took almost 40 minutes. While taking a shower, a heavy aluminum valve was torn off with a fan and hit my leg very hard and caused severe bleeding to the point where the blood would not stop. I called the reception. Unfortunately, they did not call the emergency room to come and apply a bandage, nor did they have a first aid kit. I also stopped the bleeding with a lot of tissues in great pain and could not sleep because of the pain. I called the management in the morning and they said that he was out of town and I had to leave the hotel early in the morning because I had an important meeting and because I only had an important business meeting at the Oman Exhibition Center for two days, I did not want to follow the administrative process of the complaint because I did not have enough time. However, if this had happened to a child, he would definitely not have survived or he would have had a serious problem. Please contact Booking.com. It should not include such hotels on its platform at all so that Booking's credibility is not lost and we can receive services from Booking more confidently and with more trust.

موظف الاستقبال وصلت وسلمت ولم يردو السلام بعد ما انتهو من كلامهم بعد ربع ساعه انتبهو لي.. حجزت وطلعت الغرفه بعد نص ساعه تفاجأت حد يدق الباب وطلع موظف الاستقبال يخبرني نزل دفع ما نخصم المبلغ.. نزين شي هاتف الغرفه اتصل ورقم هاتفي
