We had a wonderful stay. The room is spacious, the kids loved the animals and the layout and the use of space is efficient.

There is no train station within close proximity.

Counter staff are very friendly and approachable. They are also very helpful.

The mattress is not good enough for the back after few nights of sleep. The property location is slightly far from Nagoya Station which can’t be helped.
