Ι travelled to Romania for work and booked this hotel. During my stay, a piece of furniture collapsed and almost sent me to the hospital, ruining my trip. I contacted the owner, and after a discussion, they accepted my request for a refund. However, I tried to contact Booking.com, but they have not responded to help resolve my issue.
