Huone hiukan kulunut. Ei pesuainetta pesukoneeseen. Astiastoa (paistinpannu mm.) voisi uusia. Ei siivousvälinetä (esim. harja/rikkakihveli). Jääkaappi kulahtanut.

"Kolmas kerta Austri villassa Sää"

Kaunis talo ja iso, ja kaunis ja siisti huoneisto, hyvä sijainti ja kaunis piha ja ympäristö. Mukava, rauhallinen tunnelma.

Keittiö kaipaisi päivitystä, ruuanlaittoa ei siinä houkuta tehdä, aamukaffet onnistuu hyvin. Lyhyellä vierailulla keittiö ei haittaa, pidemmällä ehkä haluaisi tehdä joskus itse ruokaa, jolloin myös astianpesukone olisi iso apu. Huoneisto kesäkuumalla varmasti tukala, koska paljon ikkunoita, eikä ilmastointia, ehkä tuuli mereltä ja isot pihapuut auttaa.
