The lake-view hot tub was exactly the kind of relaxing we were looking for. The hot tub was large, comfortable and easy to use and the large windows let you enjoy at the max the gorgeous view. The room itself was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Waking up with the light of the sunrise on the lake is priceless. Another strength of this hotel is how kind everyone was - it really made us feel important! If you have time, make time to dine at the restaurant Oro Nero (I believe they're partners but different owners): totally worth the extra dime. Tip: go during daylight not to miss out on the amazing view. It was the best first wedding anniversary for us and we hope we'll get to come back every year!

The location directly at the lake is amazing..the rooms are really stylish, the breakfast is great. You have to try the restaurant! Massimo and all the employees were really friendly and we enjoyed the service. We would definetly come back!

Everything was wonderful from the awe-inspiring views (I can't stop staring at the pics we took just from out balcony), to the coziness of the hotel, the delicious restaurant, to the lovely staff! We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends.

The hotel manager allowed us to store our bags since we came early. The rooms were very luxurious and comfortable. The views were exceptional.

The manager of the restaurant was beyond rude and treated me and my other friends who were also guests with utter condescension. Check in was awful as described above. Once we met with the hotel manager, things moved along more smoothly. Our main reason for coming to the area and the hotel was to be on the lake. The lake had a significantly low water level do to power supply issues and a low rain/ high heat season. I think we should have been informed of this ahead of time. We wanted to rent a boat on the lake, as these amenities were advertised as available in the area. Upon arrival we were informed there were no boat rentals available due to the low water level. Again, I believe this should have been told to me prior to my arrival as it was the main intention for my stay while in Sauris. I even called the hotel prior to booking to confirm the possibility of boat rentals, which I was told it was available. We were very disappointed to not get to enjoy the lake in the way we had intended. In fact, we saw several other people boating on the lake while we were there, though I’m sure it was people’s personal equipment. We were just really disappointed to not get to do the one thing we came to do - boat on the lake! The restaurant manager was a constant discomfort as she was extremely rude and unpleasant. I’ve never experienced such disrespect from a hospitality service member in my life. She should be terminated for the way she treated us- it was absolutely unacceptable. The hotel manger and restaurant manager insisted on the two establishments having separate identities, yet they are a part of the same building and are merely separated by a single glass door which remains open the majority of time during operating ours- this is of course apart from the times we walked into the restaurant to inquire about available amenities in which cause the restaurant manager would lock the door behind us in attempt to prevent our re-entry from the restaurant.
