Location.

It is a rundown converted building. Very scary especially if alone or female. I did not have a peace of mind in my 2 nights' stay. Only 1 outlet. Hot shower is a miss and hit. Mold walls all around. Door locks not secured, with holes. All electronic door locks and there was a momentary electricity outage. So you will be locked out! Construction all around with white dust on the floor. Bed sheet keeps on moving. Rating of 4 is generous.

at the very heart of the city center, feel free to discover the city by walking.

the bed was good but the bathroom was too small. and the check-in experience was a bit hard because finding the place was not so easy.

Google address doesn't match really location - took us a long time to find a small sign on a busy street The cattle provided was broken - replaced next day Broken light switches - half of the switches did nothing or were stuck in place Broken lights - out of the 5 ceiling lights, one was working, we received one extra light bulb the next day, which we had to replace ourselves Cosmetic wardrobe - some cabinets were impossible to open due to furniture positioning Bed - did not receive a duvet, only a thin sheet. It was warm, however so not a big problem Broken window - window was bent so there was always an opening Damaged curtain Vandalised wall - someone tried to punch through to the bathroom, I guess. Dirty stains on the bottom Destroyed bathroom door handle - handle completely ripped out, door non-functional. Fixed after three days Damaged bathroom sink - completely loose sink battery. Never fixed during the week long stay Bad smell in the bathroom No refunds even after multiple issues were reported Pictures of the room not representative - real rooms nowhere near as clean as on the pictures Construction - constance construction two doors down. Drilling and saving Pretty thin walls - expect to hear everything going on next door

The location was perfect, it was easy to reach there from the airport shuttles and also touristic areas. So, it would be suitable to stay in there just for 1-2 nights. And, the room was clean enough.

The bathroom was too small, and at least one hanger should be needed in there to hang the towel, Also, there was no feet towels put in the bathroom. I had to use one of the included towels as the feet towel. The Wi-Fi name and password were changed, but the old Wi-Fi credentials were still written at the back of door. So, I had to write the owner about the correct Wi-Fi credentials.

The central location.

Poor standard of safety in the room. wall socket sitting at least an inch from the wall with wires exposed. Metal rods sticking out of the wall at head level in the bed. Bathroom was very poor, shower didn't work, toilet to close to the wall, smell of foul water and a hot water pipe sticking out at head level. The pictures didn't show the bathroom and I can tell why. Room was very small. I know the price was cheaper than other properties, this is not a license to put guests safety at risk.
