Very nice apartment with lots of space, a nice tv, good Wi-Fi and amenities. The property management is responsive and provided the Trento Guest card a couple days before our arrival so I could use the card number to pre-book some items like the Trento Civic Tower tour.

Our refrigerator had a problem cooling down in the chilling section, but the freezer worked so we could work with that. I imagine they have fixed or replaced it. Our visit was only three nights.

No incluía desayuno. Había cafetera con 2capsulas de bienvenida al igual que saquitos de te y azúcar. Pava eléctrica y una moka. En el hall de entrada hay una maquina expendedora de bebidas, algunos snacks y maquina de café. Está muy bien ubicado desde la estación del tren y hacia el centro histórico. Hay varios restaurantes en los alrededores. Muy próximo se encuentra la administración, con personal gran parte del día. Cuenta con un deposito para dejar valijas, bicis etc. Es muy silencioso. Mucha claridad en los ambientes. Inclusive de noche, no hay oscuridad total en la habitación.

No podíamos regular el frío del ambiente. Viene por radiación en el piso. Las perchas están muy altas... no todos pueden llegar a ellas. Si bien me dijeron que habían enviado WhatsApp con instrucciones , nunca lo recibí. Al llegar tuve que llamar por teléfono y dirigirme a sus oficinas para obtener el código de entrada.
