huge room very spacious close to the beach and good swimming pool

a little far out from the market in the centre of da nang

The room is huge, clean and new. There's a lot of shelves and enough wardrobe space. The ACs are very quiet and well positioned. Lots of furniture (couch, stools, coffe table, kitchen table and chairs, a desk. There's a washing machine. The bathroom is well designed and of high quality. The small balcony. The place is very well situated, with good restaurants in the street (The mì quảng restaurant facing the hotel is cheap and delicious), the beach within walking distance, and a small convenience store if you go the opposite way. Considering the price, this was the best value for money I've seen in years.

Only minor things really : One occurence of someone using a drill right before 8am. No cutlery or glasses in the kitchen. No drying rack for clothes or dishes. The cupboards need to be aired. The staff didn't speak english, but that's not a real problem if you have a translating app.
