Łóżko jak na cenę za nocleg było w opłakanym stanie. Rozklekotane, skrzypiało przez co w nocy nie dało się spać. Cała reszta nie najgorsza.

The property was very clean and surprisingly quiet considering its central location. The reception staff was kind and genuinely tried to help me. Unfortunately, some decisions were beyond her authority. Overall, the room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere during my stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach. Due to an 18-hour flight delay, I was unable to arrive for my first night’s check-in. I informed the property about the situation and asked for a refund of that missed night, especially because I still stayed for the following three nights and paid nearly 1,000 PLN for my stay. Unfortunately, my request was refused. I understand that such decisions are often at the discretion of the manager, but in this case the manager declined both a refund and a free no-show exception, despite the circumstances being completely beyond my control. I felt that more understanding and goodwill towards a guest who still honored the reservation would have been appreciated.

Blisko przystanków autobusowych i stacji pkp. Winda, pokój czysty, wystarczający jako miejsce noclegowe. Duża łazienka z przesuwanymi drzwiami. Obsługa miła.

Rolety od strony południowej mogłyby być zaciemniające. Przy braku klimatyzacji i grubych murach pomogłoby to utrzymać w pokoju z zamkniętymi oknami względny chłód.
