Very nice people running the place, very friendly and helpful. The place provides coffee, biscuits and water for free on the regular basis. Room is very spacious has a balcony and hot water all furniture is new, the bed is very comfortable. All rooms have an air conditioner and the refrigerator . There is another balcony on the other side of the door for general use, so basically you can say that all rooms have two balconies : private and general. I stayed in this location for 32 days and didn’t regret it. If will be in this city another time will stop here again. The Tesco Lotus , 7/11 and the restaurants is near by. To the local Day Market you have to go about 2 km.

Very slow response for cleaning the room or for repairing something , but the rooms are clean. Even because off this I’ll not low the rating, since the price of the room is reasonable. The beach is very close, but if you want sunbathing you have to walk to the road N 13 there is the sand at all the times, because with high tide you will not have a chance to swim and sunbathe on the nearest exit N 17 to the beach.

The facade is not that great but room and bathroom are clean, neat and comfortable. Provision of tea and coffee with biscuits is wonderful for guests.

Address of location is difficult to find even with Google. Landmark given by owner on mobile which is road opposite side of Shell petrol station is better to locate.

Service is amazing. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The place is extremely clean and well maintained compared to all other places we stayed - we've visited many during our year and half stay in Thailand. Water pressure is strong, has table and chair, the fastest wifi (over 400mbps), free water, coffee and biscuits. Location is great, within walking distance to the beach, 7/11 and numerous restaurants (local Thai, seafood, pizza, pastries, icecream, Chinese). We stayed for a week and have extended for a further week. And will be back every time we visit Hua Hin.

Nice, clean, well-maintained property. Helpful friendly owner. Off the main drag so quiet. Free tea coffee and water. Good sized fridge in the room, good wifi, coin laundry machines on site. Booked for two nights but ended up staying ten more days and would stay again if I'm ever in Hua Hin.

Ants in the room - not a big deal but I was hesitant to eat anything in the room because of this. Also had to pester them to clean the room (which they don't do unless you request it).

Location was out from the town so very quiet with no motorbike or traffic noise. A morn NG walk into the beach area was perfect or a short tuk tuk ride if we were feeling lazy
